Event Date Description
General Membership Meeting April 24th Held once a year at the Richardson Center on Oakley Park Road. Elections are held for Board Members, yearly budget reviewed and voted on for approval, reports from each Board Member. Open forum for all dues paying members. During the summer months meeting are held at the beach pavilion 4th Wednesday of the month.
Beach Opening April 27th Volunteers always needed to prepare the beech for the coming summer. Lunch provided for all workers.
Steak Roast Dinner July 27th An adults only party! Live band, Dancing, Steak Dinner. Also a big hit every year. Tickets price is TBD due to increased pirces on food and supplies. Bring your own drinks. Steak Roast Pictures
Family Fun Day September 8th Bring the whole family - but the party is for the kids! Clowns, bike parade, face painting, balloons, visits by police and firemen and more. A big hit every year.
Beach Closing September 28th Volunteers always need to clean up the beach, remove the docks & swim platform. Lunch provided to all workers.
Fireworks June 29th Huge (Really Huge!) Firework display launched in the middle of North Commerce Lake. Click on link for details.
Pumpkin Carving Party TBD The Pumpkin Carving Party is a great event for the whole family.
